The context menu that appears when you right-click a file icon contains certain standard items for that particular file type. You can add or remove items, customizing the menu to your needs.
To add an item to the context menu:
Click here to bring up View Options.
Click the File Types tab.
Select a file type from the Registered file types scroll box.
Click Edit.
The Edit File Type dialog box appears.
Click New.
The New Action dialog box appears.
Type a name for this new menu item in the New Action text box.
Press the Tab key.
Click Browse.
The Open With dialog box appears.
Locate and select the application you want to use for this menu item.
Click Open.
Click OK to close the New Action dialog box.
Click Close to close the Edit File Type dialog box.
Click Close to close the Options dialog box.
To remove an item from the context menu:
Click here to bring up View Options.
Click the File Types tab.
Select a file type from the Registered file types scroll box.
Click Edit.
The Edit File Type dialog box appears.
Click an item in the Actions text box.
Click Remove.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Click Close to close the Edit File Type dialog box.
